Screw-cone mixer refers to the mixing equipment that applies the rotation of the spiral shaft in the conical cylinder to stir the materials. Its structure is simple, the power consumption is low, the mixing is uniform, and it is suitable for the dry mixing of fine particles (or powders) and various materials with small density differences. The spiral conical mixer is a mixing equipment that operates intermittently. The various materials to be mixed are added from the top feeding port of the conical cylinder, and the spiral shaft installed in the cylinder rotates around the self-standing axis, and makes a planetary rotation motion along the inner wall of the cylinder, and the material is turned up and down, so that the material in the cylinder rotates planetarily with the spiral shaft, so as to achieve full turning and mixing. The mixed material is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part.
